What To Expect
Martina O'Leary Therapies offers Group Mediations at Riverside Hall in Bandon, Co.Cork. These group meditation sessions will run over the course of 4 week blocks and will consist of small group sessions.
During the group session and once you’re comfortably lying down, have closed your eyes Martina will guide you on a profound spiritual journey, often accompanied by the rhythmic beat of the Shamanic Drum.
During these group meditation sessions you will find yourself clearing your mind and allowing yourself to focus on the rhythm of the drum. This will help you clear mental and spiritual blocks, helping you accelerate your own spiritual journey.

The format of these series of meditations change from time to time.
Typically there are four sessions in a series, over four consecutive weeks.
To join, no previous experience is necessary but if you are not experienced in guided meditations allow the first week to settle in, by week four you may be looking for more!
From time to time Tina will run other healing themed workshops and sessions. Keep an eye out!

1 Hour Per Session (4 sessions)
Bring whatever you need to feel comfortable while lying on the floor—such as water, a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow. You may also want to bring a notebook and pen to jot down any thoughts or reflections after the session.
Online Spiritual Coaching
60 minutes
Martina will explore your Spiritual needs and intuitively Martina will guide you through your healing process. These sessions will incorporate Shamanic and Lightworking techniques and access messages channeled from Spirit for your higher good.
Group Guided Meditations
60 minutes
Martina offers intimate guided group meditations held in blocks of 4 one hour sessions. Each session is different and some will include Cacao, Lotus Flower and other Plant Medicines as optional.
In Person Healing Sessions
60 minutes
Martina works on removing physical and emotional blocks. In-person healing sessions will result in profound changes to your physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
Home & Land Healing
2.5 -4.5 hours
Martina will cleanse your home and land of any negative or misplaced energies. This service offers a sense of ease, releasing any energies that feel negative or harmful.
