About Martina
Martina possesses a clear and profound connection with Spirit, enabling her to access the highest realms of guidance as needed to support her clients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her approach uniquely combines hands-on healing with spiritual insight, allowing her to address a wide range of physical ailments and emotional challenges from a holistic and transformative perspective.
Martina recognizes that many unresolved physical and emotional issues stem from misaligned energies that block the body’s natural ability to heal. While this concept may be unfamiliar or complex within our current worldview, the world is evolving rapidly. Martina believes it is time to embrace a broader spectrum of healing modalities—gifts bestowed upon us by the Divine—to unlock the full potential of well-being and restoration.
Where It Began...
Martina has been a dedicated healer since 2017, inspired by her journey to find answers for her daughter’s debilitating illnesses. Starting at the age of 4, her daughter faced severe health challenges that worsened significantly by age 8.
It was at this point that Martina discovered the transformative power of Craniosacral Therapy (CST). At the same time, she was struggling with chronic neck and back issues, compounded by a discouraging MRI and limited relief from conventional medicine apart from heavy medications. CST became a turning point, bringing joy and healing back into their lives.
This profound experience sparked a deep spiritual journey for Martina, driving her to explore how such a gentle practice could deliver such remarkable healing. Over the years, she has pieced together the intricate puzzle of her own identity and purpose, uncovering profound truths about her existence. Today, Martina finds immense joy in helping others on their own paths of self-discovery, guiding them to uncover deeper meaning in their lives and embrace the fullness of their human experience.
Abbie
At just 5 weeks of age Abbie’s mum made contact with me. Baby Abbie was very unsettled - she wondered if I could help. Babies and young children are amazing recipients of energy therapies. On a Thursday afternoon mum arrived with baby Abbie. Working with babies requires very gentle hands and a healthy respect that, a little, goes a long way. One week later I followed up with Abbie’s mother by phone call. Following her session Abbie had been unsettled for a night with a number of remarkable poonamies; she then settled and has become a dream baby.
Sean
When Seán first came to see me he described how his life had become miserable since retiring from his job. His energy levels were at an all time low and he felt sorrow all of the time. Previously he had loved nature and gardening but just wasn’t inclined to do anything any more. The passing of his father with whom he was very close was weighing heavily on him.
Seán’s body responded quickly to the gentleness of CranioSacral Therapy. There was an unwinding of deeply held tensions in his tissues. Shortly he was enjoying the return of his vitality and once again spending time outdoors.
During our sessions I also did energy work with Seán while I listened to his deepest thoughts and concerns. This facilitated emotional and spiritual shifts enabling him to create new positive perspectives around significant changes in his life and helping him to come to a place of acceptance regarding the loss of his father.
Seán’s parting words to me were - “you’ve changed my life”.
One of Tina's greatest ambitions is to facilitate the elevation of alternative therapies to a place where their true value is recognised and that they are accepted as viable allies to human health alongside allopathic medical practices.
Tina has worked with people of all age groups, with some of her youngest clients being just 5 days old and her oldest 104! Tina helps her clients with physical pain, migraines, neck and back pain, tinnitus, joint pain, mis-alignment, sciatica, grief, PTSD and more. Tina helps her clients feel more grounded and restores balance back into their lives.

Alice
Alice had been on a long road. When she first came to my clinic she was exhausted from trying to resolve her chronic pain. The issues she was suffering from had first surfaced 3 years earlier. It started with a simple sports injury but attempts to resolve it with physiotherapy and conventional medicine didn’t make an impact in fact as time passed her neck pain was becoming more pronounced and debilitating.
Following an MRI she was given a diagnosis of arthritis of the spine C1 - T3, bulging discs, bone spurs and lordosis of the spine. She was referred to a neurosurgeon who advised that an operation was not advisable as it would likely result in joint seizure within 5 years. She was referred on to a pain management consultant and the way forward she was told was injections into the joints and continuation of physiotherapy. After researching the long term effects of injections to the joint she knew it was not a decision to take lightly.
It was at this point that a number of people suggested CranioSacral Therapy. When she arrived she was exhausted from lack of sleep and the painkillers were making her irrationally emotional.
Alice and I worked together at the pace dictated by Alice’s body - sometimes weekly and sometimes taking a longer break between sessions. It wasn’t long before the anti-inflammatory and painkiller tablets were a thing of the past. It was a real voyage of discovery for Alice as the sessions deepened from the physical into emotional and spiritual levels. Alice clearly embraced all the positive changes that came through our sessions over the nine months I worked with her.
From time to time I see her as she enjoys the benefits of regular top up sessions now that she has developed an appreciation of the health benefits of alternative therapies.
Online Spiritual Coaching

Martina will explore your Spiritual needs and intuitively Martina will guide you through your healing process. These sessions will incorporate Shamanic and Lightworking techniques and access messages channeled from Spirit for your higher good.
Group Guided Meditations
60 minutes
Martina offers intimate guided group meditations held in blocks of 4 one hour sessions. Each session is different and some will include Cacao, Lotus Flower and other Plant Medicines as optional.
In Person Healing Sessions
60 minutes
Martina works on removing physical and emotional blocks. In-person healing sessions will result in profound changes to your physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
Home & Land Healing
2.5 -4.5 hours
Martina will cleanse your home and land of any negative or misplaced energies. This service offers a sense of ease, releasing any energies that feel negative or harmful.
